E. Holden Solutions Inc. is a consulting firm that assists leaders and managers to be more productive and effective. We provide coaching, training, workshops, and seminars to improve efficiency, and morale. We help develop policies and procedures and write the manuals and documentation needed to ensure that there are clear guidelines for staff to follow. We provide expertise and emphasis and on diversity and help clients to better understand, communicate and work with people of different cultures.

Esther Holden consults with Senior Managers in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, helping them improve efficiency, strategic planning, goal setting, marketing and staffing. She conducts training programs on topics related to Organizational Development, Diversity, Management and Leadership. Previously Esther founded two citywide Early Intervention Programs and competed against 166 other companies for referrals and staff. She provided administrative and clinical supervision to 139 professionals; assisting with assessments, teaching coping and conflict resolution skills to staff and clients (parents). Esther is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who graduated from Boston College with her MSW. She began her career providing individual, group and family therapy at various institutions, treating children and adults. She was quickly recognized for her leadership skills and put in positions of supervision. Her passion is to help organizations expand their potential and profitability. Her vision is to teach Leaders that they can be more profitable by being humane and positive.



Jennifer Seager has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Columbia University with prior undergraduate degrees in psychology and music. She began her career in the social service and mental health fields where she provided individual, group and family therapy for more than ten years. Jennifer entered the world of Early Intervention (EI) in 2003 as an independent contractor. She quickly transitioned into the role of evaluation coordinator, and two years later was promoted to be the first EI Director of a new office. In her management role Jennifer has established effective working relationships with EI officials, school chairpersons, parents, and staff. Her growth strategies have culminated in a doubling of profits, and she has led staff through successful state and local audits. She has a thorough understanding of Department of Health and Board of Education regulations in New York City, as well as Westchester County, and fully comprehends the needs and demands of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Jennifer has been an Adjunct Professor at the College of New Rochelle, New York and an Advisor at Fordham University. She has published two articles about her work with underserved families, one of which has become a part of the curriculum at the University of Washington.
